WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I SHIP MY ONLINE ORDER TO?
Your order from our online shop can be shipped to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden and the United States.
CAN THE COUNTRY WHERE THE PURCHASE IS MADE BE DIFFERENT FROM THE COUNTRY OF DELIVERY?
When browsing the online shop, you should always make sure that it’s set up according to your country. You can check this at the top of the online shop, where the country and language are specified. Orders placed from a European country can only be shipped to countries within the same continent (you can check the list of countries to which you can ship your orders in ‘General Information’). We advise you to pay attention to the currency used for the prices of the items (Dollars or Euros) to make sure you’re shopping from your country.
CAN THE BILLING ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT FROM THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
The billing address can be different from the shipping address – the latter being where your order will be delivered.
WHAT IS MY ORDER’S SHIPPING COST AND DELIVERY DEADLINE?
Delivery charges will not apply if your purchase is over €150. If it is of a lower value, the shipping cost will vary depending on the country where your order is being delivered. Check the shipping costs by country on the chart below:
US & Canada: £20
Rest of the world: costs dependant on country
The delivery deadline also depends where the order is being delivered:
Orders to Spain: 24-36 working hours approx.
Orders to the rest of Europe: 2-4 working days approx., although shipments to remote areas may take a little longer.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your order at all times.
WHAT IF THERE IS NO-ONE HOME AT THE TIME OF THE DELIVERY?
If the courier company (DHL) are unable to find anyone to take the parcel when they try to deliver it, they will attempt to redeliver it on another day. If the delivery is not successful again, the courier company will call the contact number provided in the order information in order to arrange a time and date for the delivery.
If you have any date or time restrictions on receiving your order, you can contact our team to inform us of your requirements.
We ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), therefore any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, to avoid any unexpected charges.
Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
