Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all tags attached in its original packaging.
Please note that you can re-use the bag the items were sent in for the return.
If you wish to return an item, you will be refunded the total amount excluding shipment costs. Please note that you are responsible for your own shipment costs when returning an item.
We cannot be held responsible or compensate for packages lost in the return shipping. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Remember to keep your postage receipt.
In case you would like to exchange your purchase to another size or colour please place a new order online on the wanted items and return the unwanted item to our warehouse.
We will make the refund as soon as the returned items has been received and has undergone a quality control.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item without the original tags and labels attached
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
