Yes, we offer free shipping in Europe for purchases over £69/£79. This covers all of our coats. If you order spare parts, like a replacement central panel you may need to pay shipping.
We don’t offer free returns or free return labels. However if you want to swap sizes, we’ll send you the alternative size for free once. Refunds will be processed up to 30 days after receiving your returned goods.
Please note that in order for us to process your refund item needs to be unworn and with all original tags. We won’t be able to process your return if you have worn the item unless it’s a faulty product and this has been approved by customer service.
It really depends on the country you are based. In Spain and the UK we aim for 3-5 business days max. In the rest of Europe, 5-7 business days and for the US, Canada and rest of the world we are looking into a maximum of 7 days. While these are the usual parameters, we can’t guarantee an exact date unless we know more about your location. Users will receive tracking information when placing an order.
No. Customers in Europe don’t pay customs or tax, whether they are based in continental Europe or they are an island like the UK or Ireland.
We will always try to give you updated information so you know when to expect your delivery. While we use reputable courier companies like DPD, Royal Mail and FedEx, sometimes it’s very difficult for them to share information with us. You can exchange a jacket as long as it’s unworn and in its original condition including original tags and labels.
We’ve put together a chart with our recommendations for choosing the right size for you. When measuring yourself up, don’t worry about your bump, the pregnancy panel will allow for that extra room.
In case of being in between sizes we always recommend to go one size up.
When choosing your maternity coat, it’s important your pregnancy jacket and babywearing coat is comfortable for you, so we’ve provided the sizes for every one of coats & jackets below. All measurements in our size guides are in seam to seam and in centimetres. If you are in doubt about what size to buy, simply measure a jacket that you already own from seam to seam, as shown in the image, paying particular attention to shoulders, chest & bottom (hips) and compare those measurements to ours as a guide.
It’s important to measure yourself at the widest point on both, chest and hips, to make sure you will fit comfortable in your coat.

NUMBAT GO can keep you warm down to 5C depending on humidity. Like all Wombat products, NUMBAT GO is windproof, shower proof and water repellent, with the additional advantage of converting into a shoulder bag.
Due to being two jackets attached, KOWARI has a massive temperature range. The out jacket is a lightweight that can protect you and your baby down to 10 degrees and the inner one is great down to 5 degrees. Both jackets combined create an insulation layer between the two of them which allows for extra warmth and should keep you both warm down to -5 degrees depending on humidity. Like all Wombat products, KOWARI is windproof, shower proof and water repellent.
The difference between our two baby covers is the fact that the Winter one is fully lined, and has extra padding for warmth, and the all weather one is a lighter version. So, if you are thinking about cold winters, we would definitely recommend the Winter cover, but if you want a cover to carry with you in case it gets cold, then the all-weather cover should help you out all year long.

No, they are water repellent. This means they can withstand light rain, or light showers but if it’s pouring down, the water will eventually come through. All our fabrics are extremely breathable to avoid the baby overheating, and that’s one of the reasons why we don’t go fully waterproof.
If you receive a faulty item, you should report it immediately so we can inspect it and get back to you promptly. Whilst we have a very strict quality control check in our factory, sometimes mistakes happen and we really aim to please our customers and to ensure we do everything in our power to make them happy. Yes, you can. You have 30 days to decide if you are keeping your coat or not. For a full refund we ask you to return the item in its original condition, including packaging, labels and original tags.
