Yes, we offer free shipping in Europe for purchases over £69/£79. This covers all of our coats. If you order spare parts, like a replacement central panel you may need to pay shipping.
We don’t offer free returns or free return labels. However if you want to swap sizes, we’ll send you the alternative size for free once. Refunds will be processed up to 30 days after receiving your returned goods.
Please note that in order for us to process your refund item needs to be unworn and with all original tags. We won’t be able to process your return if you have worn the item unless it’s a faulty product and this has been approved by customer service.
It really depends on the country you are based. In Spain and the UK we aim for 3-5 business days max. In the rest of Europe, 5-7 business days and for the US, Canada and rest of the world we are looking into a maximum of 7 days. While these are the usual parameters, we can’t guarantee an exact date unless we know more about your location. Users will receive tracking information when placing an order.
No. Customers in Europe don’t pay customs or tax, whether they are based in continental Europe or they are an island like the UK or Ireland.
We will always try to give you updated information so you know when to expect your delivery. While we use reputable courier companies like DPD, Royal Mail and FedEx, sometimes it’s very difficult for them to share information with us. You can exchange a jacket as long as it’s unworn and in its original condition including original tags and labels.
